Carter_SDSSJ173047.59+554518.5: likely growing superhumps

   Tamas Tordai has reported observations on two nights.
As judged by observations on Sep. 7, superhumps did
not appear yet.  Superhumps had apparently grown on
Sep. 12.  Dubovsky's observations on Sep. 9 apparently
caught the growing phase.  This object is a good candidate
among AM CVn-type objects to detect stage A superhumps
by systematic observations during the early stage
on future occasions.  The object is still sufficiently 
bright (15 mag or brighter).
