ZTF20actzmzp: new WZ Sge-type dwarf nova

We, Kyoto Univ. Obs. team, observed ZTF20actzmzp, and double-peaked
early superhumps were detected, which establishes that ZTF20actzmzp is a
new WZ Sge-type dwarf nova.
The amplitude is ~0.05 mag and the early superhump period is 0.0577(1) d.

Time-resolved observations are encouraged to determine its early superhump
period.
