ASASSN-14hq: orbital and superhump periods

   Josch Hambsch has reported further observations.
Althgouh eclipses were not resolved, I refined
the orbital ephemeris by fixing the epoch
(Paterson et al. 2019).

Min(BJD) = 2456975.5967 + 0.074327003(4) E

   The superhump period is 0.07655(4) d.
