V713 Cep: new deeply eclipsing SU UMa-type dwarf nova

Tonny Vanmunster has reported observations on two nights.
On Dec. 28, there was a prominent superhump outside
the eclipses. On Dec. 29, superhump maxima occurred
slightly before the eclipses. The depth of the eclipses
were about 1.0 mag.

This superoutburst has long been awaited since
the identification as a dwarf nova below the period gap
in 2007 by Denisenko.

Considering the faint M_V at maximum (+7), the inclination
should be very high.
