In the course of our CV monitoring project, Patrick Wiggins sent
me today a CCD image (taken on March 16.195 UT) that shows
DDE 35 considerably brighter than two days ago (14.216 UT).
The outburst started on (or shortly before) 2020 March 12.
According to the Gaia light curve, the previous active phase
occurred from 2018 July 26 until late November that year
(we also observed that one, in 2018 November):
