A few months ago I noticed this one and some more outbursts
in ASAS-SN Sky Patrol (Shappee et al. 2014ApJ...788...48S and
Kochanek et al. 2017PASP..129j4502K) data as follows:

2016 June 19.59 UT, V= 14.8 (very rapidly fading, or scatter?)
2018 August 12.51 UT, V= 13.4 (normal outburst)
2019 June 21.42 UT, g= 14.2 (normal outburst)
The outburst on 2019 June 21 was also recorded by ZTF:
