SS Cyg: rising from plateau

Akazawa-san and Kasai-san reported their observations.
SS Cyg underwent a rapid-rising outburst two weeks ago
and the magnitude had been at V~9.0 for 5--6 days. Then
the object brightened to 8.6 mag again.  The profile looks
not an inside-out outburst but a precursor + main outburst.
Such a precursor seems rare in SS Cyg.
