ASASSN-21mx: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Josch Hambsch and Berto Monard have reported observations.
Hambsch's data since July 21 showed superhumps.
The period is 0.0561(1) d.  The profile somewhat looks
like that of stage A superhumps.
