OV Boo: fading??
Itoh-san, Maeda-san, Pavol A. Dubovsky, Osaka Kyoiku U. team, Domenico
Licchelli and Kyoto U. team have reported new observations.
The object faded from 14.9 V to 15.9 V in this two days. However, according to our
observations, the object stayed at around 15.9 V all through tonight. This behavior may
not be typical one of the fading of superoutbursts. In addition, the superhump period
after the fading of 0.04693 (4) d coincides with the stage B superhumps, which are
basically seen before the fading phase.
Now we cannot judge whether the object shows fading/rebrightening phase/other
phenomenon/only our data is abnormal. Please continue to observe the rare object.
