2017 Dec. 17.5453 UT, 12.6 mag (CCD, unfiltered)
Discoverer: Shizuo Kaneko (Kakegawa, Shizuoka-ken, Japan)
"2017 12 17.545 UT
Discovered by S. Kaneko, Shizuoka-ken, Japan, with on
13-s exposure on four frames using Canon 6D digital
camera + f/3.2 200-mm lens under the limiting mag =
15.7, who writes that nothing is visible at this
location on two frames taken on December 11 and 12 UT.
There is a faint star (mag.= 17.5) at end figures
19s.55, 42".8 on USNO-A2 catalog."
