ASASSN-18fl: new SU UMa-type DN

     Josch Hambsch has reported the observations. There was no clear signal of superhumps
on Mar. 18, but the object started to show superhumps on Mar. 19. The period is about 0.06 d
and the amplitude is 0.15 mag. The object is a new SU UMa-type DN.
     Further observations are encouraged because we may be able to detect the stage A-B
transition.
