ASASSN-19ag: appearance of superhumps (SU UMa/WZ Sge confirmed)

The most recent observations by Suzuki-san on Jan. 14
clearly showed superhumps (0.04 mag). The period from
this night was 0.066(2) d. A combined set with the Jan. 13
data (Suzuki-san and Kiyota-san) yielded a period of
0.0667(1) d. These periods probably are of stage A superhumps.
An analysis of earlier data yielded a period of 0.06616(5) d.
Although this period may be of early superhumps,
the profile was not doubly-humped.
Further detailed analysis is needed to see whether
early superhumps were present.

The period is long, and the object is a good candidate
for a period bouncer.
