ASASSN-19ct: possible helium dwarf nova wuth supercycle of 1 year

ASASSN-19ct --- ------- 11:33:15.5 -37:10:20.4 2019-02-9.16 13.75 SDSS DSS VIZIER ------- CV candidate, matches to GAIA DR2 G=17.5, many outbursts in CRTS, g>17.5 on 2019-02-08.21, g=14.1 on 2019-02-09.14, g=14.1 on 2019-02-09.16, g=17.0 on 2019-02-10.23, g>18.2 on 2019-02-11.25.

Most outbursts were superoutbursts. As in 2018 April one,
the object showed a superoutburst, a dip and rebrightenings.
The other outbursts in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 all showed
similar features. Such a phenomenon is seen in helium
dwarf novae as in V803 Cen, but is only seen in rarely
superoutbursting WZ Sge systems in hydrogen-rich CVs.
Observations are strongly encouraged.
The very blue Gaia color and faint M_V (+7) at maximum
also support this classification.
