NSV1440: rebrightening and superhump
Josch Hambsch has reported the observations. The short rebrightenings were
detected on Feb. 25 and Mar. 2. The interval is about 1 day shorter than those in
the 2015 and 2017 superoutbursts. The object has shown very weak superhumps
after the main superoutburst, i.e. late stage superhump. The period is 0.02529(1) d
and amplitude is 0.06 mag. This period is longer than the early superhump period
in 2015 of 0.025233(5) d and shorter than the late stage superhump periods in
2015 and 2017 of 0.0254 d.
The outburst behavior is significantly different from the previous ones. Further
observations are encouraged.
