ASASSN-19ct: dip phase following superoutburst

   This most likely AM CVn-type object now entered
a dip following a short (characteristic to an AM CVn object)
superoutburst plateau.  The object should enter rebrightening
(or oscillating) phase and observations are strongly
encouraged.  It was a pity that no time-resolved
observations were reported during the superoutburst
plateau.
