ASASSN-18ey = MAXI J1820+070: still slowly fading & small oscillations ?
Josch Hambsch, Klaus Wenzel, Hiroshi Itoh Lew Cook, Geoff Stone,
Vihorlat Observatory team (Pavol A. Dubovsky, Tomas Medulka),
Peter Nelson, Kyoto U. team, Michael Richmond, Tonny Vanmunster,
Seiichiro Kiyota reported new observations.
This object is still slowly fading, and the current magnitude is
around 15.3 mag.
Small (~0.2-mag amplitudes) oscillations seem to appear with
timescales of ~10 min. They may be hidden when the source
was bright. The period around ~0.68 days is still unclear, but
there may be a possibility that fast variability is superimposed
on the periodic variations.
Further observations are encouraged.
Kind regards,
Mariko Kimura
