Re: KX Aql bright outburst
We had only partial coverage of the 2010 superoutburst
(the season was not good and the outburst was recorded
at the beginning of the observing season.
The current location in the sky will provide very good
coverage.
Furthermore, let's remember that this object was once
suspected to be a WZ Sge star. There was a very bright
outburst reaching mv=11.5 in 1980. This outburst
might have been a WZ Sge-type one (AL Com is known to have
both WZ Sge and SU UMa type superoutbursts).
Please observe carefully when and how superhumps develop.
