ASASSN-19rg: temporarily fading between double superoutburst?
Josch Hambsch reported the observations from July 9 to 15. This object was
fading rapidly on July 13. There is a possibility of a WZ Sge-type dwarf nova (cf.
vsnet-alert 23366). Therefore this fading may be a temporary quiescent state
between double superoutburst (type-E rebrightening).
According to my PDM analysis from July 9 to 11, there may be a weak signal of
0.076d (or 0.038d). If this signal means the early superhump, the object would be
a period bouncer. Further observations are strongly encouraged to detect the
following ``2nd superoutburst'' which might emerge within a few days (or a
month).
