And my proposal of Swift ToO is approved.  They give me 5-times
1000-s visits in the next 12 days till the end of the outburst maximum.
Multi-band optical monitoring is encouraged.  This will be the first
multi-wavelength observations including the rising part.
V364 Lib has ~0.7-d period, and a massive white dwarf, and
an F-type donor star, so clearly peculiar object.  We consider
the nature of this object generates its rare outbursts.
