ASASSN-20cy : likely SU UMa-type dwarf nova

Berto Monard has reported this object for 3 nights.
Though on the first night (3/13) this object doesn't doesn't show any
variations, on recent 2 nights (3/16&17) showed fully developed superhumps
with the amplitude of ~0.25 mag and the period of 0.07042(4) d. The
superoutburst amplitude is not so large (~5mag) and hence ASASSN-20cy is
likely a SU UMa-type dwarf nova.
