ASASSN-20iv: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova candidate

Josch Hambsch reported observation for two nights of ASASSN-20iv, which was
found by ASAS-SN on 20th July as CV candidate and outburst amplitude is ~5
mag.

The light curve shows a clear superhump-like modulation with a period of
0.0883(1) d.
But the modulation amplitude is at least larget than 1 mag (even
considering the magnitude error), and thus this modulation can be noise.
