Apparently in outburst on 2015 December 11 (and possibly on
2017 October 5), see complete ASAS-SN Sky Patrol (Shappee et al.
2014ApJ...788...48S and Kochanek et al. 2017PASP..129j4502K)
light curve and data at

Apparent outburst (mpg. 14, uncorrected) on 1938 December 26 in
DASCH data (bright on plates md29931 and rh8676, but fainter on
ac34662).

Clear skies,
Patrick

I have obtained 6x60-sec unfiltered images of the field centered at
ASASSN-20pb remotely with 0.25-m f/4 reflector iTelescope.Net T05
instrument at Mayhill, NM. Here is the animation of three combined images
at 2020 Dec. 04.354 UT with POSS-II Red plate (2x zoom cropped to 5'x5'):

Indeed, this is an outburst from the faint background star not present in
any catalogs before. Spectroscopy, multi-color photometry and time series
are encouraged.
