the CBAT "Transient Objects Confirmation Page":

Spectroscopy and multiband photometry as well as
time-resolved photometry are required.

Large amplitude outburst of 8 mag. According to Gaia parallax value is "negative parallax", this object might be a classical nova.
ASASSN-21eh --- ------- 18:49:5.05 -19:2:4.2 2021-03-25.29 11.54 SDSS DSS VIZIER ------- bright CV candidate, matches to PS1 g=20.0, g>18.1 on 2021-03-23.31, g=11.9 on 2021-03-25.29.
