[vsnet-outburst 6683] V1316 Cyg

AAVSO QL files show a bright outburst of V1316 Cyg 
detected by A & R Corlan...

SEP 17.7305  2453631.2305   14.39  CUA  K CCDV

This looks to be the brightest outburst reported for
over ten years.  Time series photometry would be great!

There has been some confusion in the past as to the ID of
V1316 Cyg.  AAVSO charts should be used as they do (of course)
show the correct star as the Variable.

This object is on the BAAVSS Recurrent Objects Programme.
