   Tonny Vanmunster and Jeremy Shears have reported negative
observations as below.

I just took a deep CCD image of the KX Aql area (2006, Jul 15.1 UT) using a
0.35-m f/6.3 telescope at CBA Belgium Observatory. Contrary to the below
observation of Y. Maeda, this CV definitely is **NOT** in outburst.
