[vsnet-outburst 7005] V1108 Her brighter (outburst?)

[Taichi Kato]

   V1108 Her (=OT J183926+260410 = Var Her 04) is reported to be
brighter than usual.  The reported magnitudes seem to refer to
combined magnitudes with a nearby star, but they have rarely
been recorded this bright in the V band.  Astrometry of the
detected object might help clarifying which star has brightened.
