[vsnet-outburst 7199] AY Psc new outburst

   According to Rod Stubbings, AY Psc has undergone a new
outburst.  There referred "standstill" may have been a very
short one, or a some kind of prolonged slow fading from
an outburst.  Eclipse ephemeris is attached:
