OT_J055718+683226: rapid fading

Our tonight observation shows the object has just entered in
a rapid fading phase from the superoutburst.

20061218.65324 15.170 0.004 V
20061219.70913 15.248 0.002 V
20061221.72843 15.503 0.004 V
20061222.74022 15.572 0.003 V
20061226.77578 15.862 0.015 V
20061227.80198 15.960 0.017 V
20061230.55498 16.978 0.018 V

Combined with observations by Maehara-san, the data indicates
that the rapid fading began between 29-30 Dec. Superhumps
can be seen in his data on 29 Dec, just before the rapid fading.

If this object is a WZ Sge-type dwarf nova, we can expect
rebrightenings in the next week. Follow-up observations are
quite important in order to reveal the nature of this ultra-short
period dwarf nova.
