[vsnet-outburst 8074] Two new bright ROSAT CVs

The space density of cataclysmic variables: constraints from the ROSAT
North Ecliptic Pole Survey

   Two CVs of potential interest:

RX J1715.6+6856 Porb=1.64 hr. very likely an SU UMa-type dwarf nova.
   V=18 in quiescence.  We can expect outbursts of mag ~13 or even
   brighter.
   17:15:41.7 +68:56:43

RX J1831.7+6511 Porb=4.01 hr.  Bright CV (dwarf nova?)
   V about 14-16
   18:31:44.4 +65:11:32
