[vsnet-outburst 8353] V1363 Cyg outburst

V1363 Cyg outburst. The outburst certainly needs follow-up
observations. The object, although cataloged as UGZ:,
showed very peculiar historical variation.

VV279 = V1363 Cyg
The object reached mag 15 on several occasions in 2002-2003,
but the current outburst is the brightest among those reported
in VSNET.
