SS Cyg in slow outburst?

The UGSS type dwarf nova SS Cyg is undergoing an outburst.
In this outburst, this star is rising very slowly. If the maximum is not
missed, this star is rising at a speed of 0.5mag/day. This is anomalous
because this star usually rise at a speed of 1.5-2mag/day.
A similar outburst also occurred in July of 2004. It took 10 days to reach
the maximum in this outburst.
