Dear fellow observers,
 
Please try to confirm this alleged outburst. Hiroshi Matsuyama's
outburst reports have not always been reliable. Maybe this time
again he just forgot to add "fainter than". The previous
estimates by him were all "<13.6" - for Apr. 25.3833 UT he
reported "13.6".
