RU Hor superhumps update

   Berto Monard has reported further data on two nights.  During the
most recent observation on Aug. 11-12, the superhump period started
to decrease (before then, the period derivative was slightly positive).
Further data are absolutely needed to see whether this phenomenon is
similar to that seen in VY Aqr, or is a part of continuous period decrease.
