Gary,

I think you're right! I've been following this for 3hrs now and have seen what 
appear to be two classic 0.3 mag superhumps peaking at 13.85V with a period of 
~0.085 days (~2hrs). It looks like KP Cas has finally come out as a UGSU-type 
dwarf nova.
