[vsnet-outburst 9608] CW Mon outburst

CW Mon outburst:

  Rod Stubbings had noticed the early rising stage of the outburst.
This outburst is the first since 2008 Apr.  This object is a shallow
eclipser and is interest for high-precision photometry during outburst.
