[vsnet-rcb 720] VZ Sgr Further Decline, V4263 LMC Decline and W Men at Maximum

Further to vsnet-rcb 715 and AAVSO Special Notice #64, VZ Sgr has declined
further.

The RCB variable V4263 LMC (HV 12842) has declined, apparently the first
time since 2003 April but the data is far from complete and I only see the
very top of the light curve.  Also, this is my first observation this season
and the actual date of decline onset is therefore not known.

The LMC star W Men has returned to near maximum after a decline that
commenced 2006 May.
