[vsnet-rcb 773] RT Nor Faded

The RCB star RT Nor has faded and appears to be at or near minimum as shown
by a single observation for the current season, under bright moon and poor
conditions.  My previous observation the end of last season has this star at
maximum and the date of decline onset is therefore not available from my
observations.  RT Nor does not appear to be a very active RCB star and I
believe this is the first decline of RT Nor since that of 1990 April, an
interval of some 19 years.
