Couldn't this be an SU UMa-type dwarf nova with a long orbital period? And couldn't the long outburst in 2019 November have been a long normal one? (like those observed in e.g. V1006 Cyg and TU Men)

This one is SS Cyg star and the above period refers to the orbital one.  No evidence of superhumps during the outburst.

The object is already in quiescence and no further observations are particularly needed (unless it undergoes another outburst).
