Leicester) reports on behalf of the Swift-XRT team: Immediately following the BAT trigger on GRB 241128A, Swift entered the South Atlantic Anomaly, during which time no XRT data were taken. The field of the GRB became visible to the XRT at 17:16 UT, 3.9 ks after the trigger, at which point the XRT afterglow of the burst was detected at a position of RA, Dec = 273.72454, 33.43853 which is equivalent to: RA (J2000): 18:14:53.89 Dec(J2000): +33:26:18.9 with an uncertainty of 3.5 arcsec (radius, 90% confidence).
