According to ATEL, Swift BAT detected a new gamma-ray source,
which may be a new black hole transient. It has a bright optical
counterpart of R~15.8 at 17h53m28.3s, -01d27m06s.

All information can be seen at ATEL web site:

If the object is a typical black hole X-ray transient,
time-series photometry may detect superhumps (but its period is
probably longer than those in SU UMa; a few hours - days)
or short-term variations of an order of seconds.
