New Outburst of XTE J1748-361 (ATEL#567)

    According to ATel#567, an X-ray transient, XTE J1748-361 is 
again in outburst.  The nature of its compact object is unknown, 
while X-ray spectra is similar to black hole X-ray binaries.

Its optical counterpart was discovered by D. Steeghs et al.

    The object XTE J1748-361 was identified with an old X-ray 
transient A1744-36.  Its outburst records are:
