[Vsnet-alert 8442] Chart for Possible new nova or dwarf nova: ASAS 190512+0514.2

Dear observers,

We have placed a preliminary 1.5x2.0 degrees chart with comparison stars 
ranging from magnitude 8.2 -12.7, selected from Tycho-2 and ASAS-3 V 
magnitudes at the following link:

The new object can be easily located starting from 19 Aquilae; this star 
is shown on the old  AAVSO b-chart of R Aql, but has been removed from 
the new one, unfortunately.
