V4641 Sgr Kyoto observation

   A very preliminary look at a fragment of the Kyoto data last night to
this morning (observers: Kaori Kubota and Akira Imada) reveals strong
optical variability.  An inspection of a few selected images already
showed a 0.4 mag variation within 0.15 d (fading trend).  Superimposed
short-term variation also seems to be present.

   Further analysis is in progress.
