[Vsnet-alert 8415] Possible nova

Hola everyone -

On May 30.1679 and May 30.1696 U.T,  I took photos with an 85mm lens, TP
film and an orange filter that show an apparent nova at (2000) 16h 51.4m,
-23d 37'.  Its approximate magnitude is 9.7.  Nothing appears brighter than
mag 11.0 on a pair of photos taken on May 20.203.

Please check this candidate; the weather here is, as they say, mas o menos.
