[vsnet-alert 8945] KX Aql outburst?

   According to Yutaka Maeda, the suspected SU UMa-type dwarf
nova KX Aql may be undergoing an outburst.  Although Gary Poyner's
observation has given a negative result, this report of positive
detection needs to be urgently verified due to the long absence
of outbursts of this system.  The object was recorded (with a CCD)
at mag 15 in 1994 December, no secure outburst with independent
confirmation has been reported since then.
