Yes, report outburst detections to VSNET as soon as possible!
Some of the objects are familiar to us (e.g. FN And is likely a
short-Porb SS Cyg star). V336 Per is particularly interesting in
its low outburst frequency (you may find the object in our recent
WZ Sge candidate list:

V368 Per and V372 Per have been little observed, and are good targets.
Busch et al. (http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1979VeSon...9..125B)
reported one well-covered outburst of V368 Per, which resembles
a normal outburst of an SU UMa-type dwarf nova.
I think that KW And is more likely an SS Cyg-type dwarf nova
(from outburst frequency and amplitudes - quiescence not extremely faint
as reported by Kurochkin, outburst durations, past CCD photometry though
they were not very extensive).
