There are a number of 20-22 mag cataloged stars within a few arcsec of
the nova position:

LGGS_J004252.27+411613.3 V=21.322 B-V=1.303 V-R=0.736
LGGS_J004252.40+411611.1 V=20.966 B-V=0.659 U-B=0.536 V-R=0.648
LGGS_J004252.33+411612.2 V=21.041 B-V=1.376 V-R=0.607
LGGS_J004252.35+411613.4 V=21.316 B-V=1.032 U-B=0.381 V-R=0.741
LGGS_J004252.43+411613.9 V=20.934 B-V=1.024 U-B=0.676 V-R=0.840
LGGS_J004252.46+411613.9 V=21.002 B-V=0.998 U-B=0.721 V-R=0.928
LGGS_J004252.55+411613.2 V=21.946 B-V=0.002 U-B=0.306 V-R=0.835

Nova position:
004252.38 411612.9

The last object = LGGS_J004252.55+411613.2 is remarkably blue among
them, and the positional difference is 1.9 arcsec (a bit too off?)
