CH UMa in unusual rising

The UGSS type dwarf nova CH UMa is undergoing an outburst.
Since this star stopped rising around 12th mag, this outburst
seemed to be a faint outburst. However, this star brightened to
11.7 on 16th of Jan. The previous variation may not be a faint
maximum, but a stagnation.
Though such a stagnation is also observed in the outburst of
2003 Sep, the length of the stagnation was shorter, around 2-3 days.
