This Catalina OT has two SDSS counterparts as follows:

SDSS J164146.77+121025.2 u=21.02 g=21.34 r=21.05 i=20.72 z=20.38
SDSS J164146.78+121025.2 u=21.81 g=21.49 r=21.28 i=21.07 z=20.63

There is a blue object (17mag) in USNO A2.0 and USNO B1.0 catalog
at the reported position. The object was in outburst on B and R-plate.
