CSS080505:163120.8+103134 = SDSS J163120.88+103134.0
The object is quite white in SDSS photometry
http://cas.sdss.org/dr6/en/tools/explore/obj.asp?ra=247.83700&dec=+10.52620
using r' from said as quiescence and comparing to the CSS red mag gives a current 5 magnitude amplitude.
Currently the object transits at near 2h UT at a fairly good altitude (latitude dependent) for Northern Hemisphere observers, so should be a favourably positioned target for observation.
NB There appear to be no NSVS orphans for this object, but ASAS3 has this potential past outburst

ie a possible 14.0 outburst in mid July 2007
